What does your pricing include and what costs extra?
We work closely with our clients to develop a comprehensive strategy tailored to their online web presence needs. During the initial Ideation and Consulting stage, we can help assess what services are needed and their associated costs. Where extra costs are involved, we are transparent in communicating them to our clients. Examples where extra costs may be involved include additional plugins that extend functionality, specialized media production and assets, or extra services such as content development and promotional services. Throughout the process, our goal is to be as transparent and conscientious as possible regarding costs. We value our clients and believe it is essential for them to recognize the value in the services we provide.

Can you help review my development budget and discuss feasibly developing within it?
Absolutely. A budget and feasibility review is part of the standard Ideation and Consulting process. We work closely with clients to develop long-term strategies and define methods of extensibility based on growth, timelines, and budgetary considerations.

What are your payment terms and schedule?
Payment terms and schedules vary based on the job. Typically, a static job begins with a down payment of 1/3. Another 1/3 with the initial job, first beta test, and review. And the final 1/3 on project completion. For more organic projects and jobs that require ongoing development, maintenance, training, and other similar tasks, a schedule of tasks is developed, and payment options that properly fit are provided.

What happens if the project takes longer than expected?
All projects are unique. When a project is taking longer than expected, it is essential for us to collaborate with our clients to identify the bottlenecks. In many cases, this may be an issue on the client's side, such as them providing specific desired content. In other cases, this may be the result of additional requests such as the development of special or advanced media assets. The goal is always to complete a project as quickly as possible, but without compromising the overall objectives. Typically projects are developed in a way that allow them to go live while other tasks are completed in the background. It is essential to understand that a speed bump is not a roadblock and should not hinder progress on a job whenever possible.

Will scaling up my website be cost-effective as my needs grow?
In our initial Ideation and Consulting review, we discuss the client's needs and scalability with them. Some clients only need a splash page. Others need ongoing content creation, development, promotional, and marketing services. All projects are built with the intent of scalability to meet the needs of clients, their growth, and flexibility to their timelines.
