How do you ensure websites are user-friendly and intuitive?
Developing a user-friendly and intuitive experience is critical not only in website development and design but also in online engagement, external marketing, and promotions. All assets need to be able to perform across all media. Whether on a desktop, smartphone, Jumbotron, video, or printed promotion, all should lead the user on a friendly, hassle-free journey to taking the desired action step. Processes to ensure this range from using platform-responsive technologies to implementing design colors, schemes, and graphical media that not only support a message but also promote a response.

Do you create custom designs or use pre-made themes?
Both. Most projects are started with a theme in mind to promote efficient and budget-friendly design. Then projects are further customized to fit a client's needs, expectations, and desires, all while unifying the approach that builds on brand recall, awareness, and loyalty.

How do you ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility?
Typically, the most used framework for responsiveness is a coding platform known as Bootstrap. Bootstrap provides a foundation to fit most mobile applications. However, some applications require expansion to meet other extended media requirements. For example, an event promoter may need the ability to project content on a Jumbotron or other large screen format. Or there may be a need for extra small responsiveness, such as a race organizer being able to engage with participants on wearable technology.
Understanding the end user is critical to the development process and developing a user-friendly responsive design. At Right Turn Web, we take the time to understand both our clients' needs and the end users' use and expectations. We develop all projects to be responsive and in a manner that is extensible and fully customizable, meeting out-of-the-box needs and expectations.

Can you design with accessibility and inclusivity in mind?
Yes, at Right Turn Web, we have keen insight and experience with those facing both general and specialized accessibility issues. We believe that ALL should have access, to the extent of their abilities, and everyone should receive treatment with respect. In cases where unique accessibility issues may exist within a client's target market, we work closely with our clients to understand these specific challenges and explore ways to adapt our services to meet these needs. ADA and WCAG serve as a baseline for accessibility. Whenever possible, we seek to raise the bar of accessibility for greater inclusivity.
